BlackHaven is built around one principle, the advisor you meet on the first call is the one who runs your deal. Our senior team brings decades of transaction experience across M&A, capital markets, and strategic advisory, all of it now focused on a single vertical. Technology-enabled businesses are all we do.
Our partners have executed transactions at Bank of America, SMBC, Houlihan Lokey, AE Industrial Partners, and B. Riley. We understand how acquirers underwrite technology businesses, how lenders think about revenue, and how founders navigate the exit process. That institutional experience, applied with boutique conviction, is what we bring to every mandate.

Chris Droussiotis brings over 30 years of investment banking experience to Blackhaven Capital, with senior roles at SMBC, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, CIBC and Mizuho. Prior to founding BlackHaven, Imran built and scaled revenue operations, AI-driven outreach infrastructure, and commercial systems for B2B companies across North America. He applies that same operational edge to investment banking: proprietary deal origination, high-velocity sponsor coverage, and agentic workflows that give BlackHaven the reach of a large platform with the precision of a boutique. He has advised founders, PE sponsors, family offices, and growth companies on transactions spanning M&A, capital raises, and strategic advisory across industries and geographies. At BlackHaven, he oversees the firm's expansion into sponsor coverage, cross-border transactions, and the development of a principal investing arm targeting rollup opportunities in fragmented local markets.
